Availability of services is contingent on various factors and weather conditions. We may alter or cease services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Reservation Procedure

To reserve a yacht, you are required to:

• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Provide valid and comprehensive details
• Submit the necessary deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation will only be effective upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us. Service provision is at our sole discretion.

3.3 Charter Availability

Charters are provided based on the availability of vessels and agreeable weather conditions. We strive to fulfill your preferred scheduling requests.

4. Payment Conditions

4.1 Costs

All quoted fees are in € and encompass all relevant taxes unless indicated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter required at the time of booking
• Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours before the departure of the charter
• Additional fees (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payment handling is processed via secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellation

• More than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement minus processing fees
• 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund of the total cost
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund provided

5.2 Inclement Weather Cancellations

In the case that weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:

• Reschedule the charter to an alternative available date at no extra cost
• Issue a full refund should rescheduling be unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Difficulties

If there are technical issues with the allocated vessel, we will attempt to arrange a comparable substitute. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full reimbursement will be given.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Regulations

All patrons must:

• Abide by all instructions from the crew
• Use the provided safety gear as directed
• Inform of any health conditions that may impact their safety
• Stay within assigned areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Forbidden Items

The following are not allowed onboard:

• Glass containers
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable amounts for personal consumption)
• Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Behavior Policies

Guests are expected to act with decorum. We retain the right to conclude a charter prematurely with no refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or negatively affects the enjoyment of others.

7. Responsibility and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our responsibility is restricted to the amount paid for your charter. We shall not be held accountable for:

• Injuries sustained due to a guest’s carelessness
• Destruction or loss of personal belongings
• Indirect, punitive, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by weather or factors outside our influence

7.2 Insurance Policies

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained to cover our vessels and operations. Passengers are expected to arrange their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Risk Acknowledgment

By participating in our yacht charter Services, you accept that maritime activities come with intrinsic dangers and you take on full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

8. Changes to Itineraries

Itinerary modifications, including changes to routes and timetables, may occur due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will make all efforts to ensure an equivalent alternative experience is provided.

9. Events Beyond Control

Our company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations stem from uncontrollable circumstances, among them:

• Harsh weather
• Natural disasters
• Regulatory edicts
• Port shutdowns
• Vehicular malfunctions

10. Data Privacy

Your private data will be managed as per our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our Services constitutes your agreement to our data collection and usage as outlined in said policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights
