What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear questionable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and refreshments. However, we also offer excellent catering services and can tailor menus to your tastes. Please note that glass containers are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some of our vessels are more accessible than others. Please get in touch with us when making your reservation to discuss specific needs, and we will advise the most appropriate yacht and organize any required accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure will be fully refunded. Cancellations between 24–72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure are not refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or vessel malfunctions on our part.
